By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altuxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or Altuxe.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
